This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.780 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the Central Crime Branch, Chennai within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructous in view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner's complaint registered in Crime No.780 of 2019 has already been transferred to Central Crime Branch, Chennai today (i.e. 12.11.2019).
3. In view of the above, no effective orders can be passed in this present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
