This petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in the order suspending the sentence imposed on him. The petitioner is required to appear once in four (4) months before the designated C.B.I Court, Chennai. The petitioner is now required to appear online once in four

(4) months commencing from November 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall be present in the Court to identify the petitioner for the benefit of the Court.
