Crl.MP.No.15512 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51021 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51021 of 2019, against the order dated 23.04.2019, made in Crl.M.P.No.2752 of 2018, by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Mr.Bharathachakravarthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, pondicherry, appearing for the 1st respondent. Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 62 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51021 of 2019, against the order dated 23.04.2019, made in Crl.M.P.No.2752 of 2018, by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51021 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
