Nos 2594, 2593 and 2592 of 2016 BATTU DEVANAND.,J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent namely M.Varadhan as respondents 3 to 7 in the above Civil Revision Petitions, viz., C.R.P. Nos. 2594, 2593 and 2592 of 2016.

2. Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions in the interest of justice. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the proposed respondents 2 to 6 are allowed to be bring on record as respondents 3 to 7 in the above Civil Revision Petitions. 29.07.2024 bga Note: Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the matter on 12.08.2024.
