ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 26.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner along with the CSR No.115 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 26.12.2016 to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police has given CSR No.115 of 2018. Thereafter, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.12.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.115 of 2018 and the same was closed on 23.09.2018.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed.
