Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly a writ in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in O.A.No.849 of 2013 dated 28.09.2016 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 3rd Respondent to appoint the petitioner on regular basis as Radiographer in Government General Hospital, Mahe (in WP.No.13037/17) and (ii) to pass an order of interim injunction, restraining the 3rd respondent from disengaging the services of the petitioner as Radiographer in Government General Hospital, Mahe (in WMP.13911/17) respectively pending WP.NO.13037/2017.
