These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 4202 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and, (iii) to permit the petitioners to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 and 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank them as further respondents in the above Second Appeal, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
