Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint a receiver to administer the property of the respondents more fully described in the schedule to the judge's summons pending initiation and disposal of the Arbitration Proceeding and enforcement of the award. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed seeking for appointment of receiver to administer the property of the respondents more fully described in the schedule to the Judge's summons.

2. Already, this court by an order dated 24.07.2018 had appointed Mr.P. Ganesan, officer of the applicant company as Receiver to administer the property of the respondents till the arbitration proceedings are concluded.

3. It appears that already Award has been passed on 04.12.2018. Such view of the matter, this court is of the view that no further orders is required to be passed in this matter.
