The petition has been filed to relax the the condition imposed in para 6-Clause(b) which is read as (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.23229 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
