in Survey No.261/5 of Ichipatti Village by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2022 and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the scheme to provide free house site patta by utilizing the government lands situated in S.F. Nos.105, 355/2, 175 and 253 of Ichipatti Village.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Arjun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that another writ petition in WP No.31476 of 2022 is filed in respect of the same cart track and same relief. Interim order is passed in the said writ petition.

3. In view of the fact that another writ petition for the same relief is already filed, we need not entertain the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
