Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the pursuant to the impugned order the learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruvallur the order passed Crl.M.P.No.3549 of 2021 on dated 16.08.2022 and quash the same and arbitrary.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is challenging the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3. The remedy lies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The petitioner may avail the said remedy, if the same is available today and as may be permissible under law.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.32377 to 32379 of 2023 are closed.
