ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to take action against Mr.Devendran as per the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioners did not appear for enquiry even after receipt of summons and hence after hearing the opposite party, the petition was closed on 25.11.2019 as it is civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioners by registered post.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
