This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.05.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for initiating disciplinary proceedings against the 3rd respondent. 2.
Heard Mr.E.Amardeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 anad 2. 3.
In the considered view of this Court, there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and the same cannot be ventilated by filing a writ petition before this Court and seeking for initiating disciplinary 2/4
