This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted for appearing before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.OP.No.21094 of 2024 which was allowed on 30.08.2024.

3.Time granted by this Court for appearing before the concerned Magistrate vide order dated 30.08.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.21094 of 2024 is hereby extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that there will not be any further extension.
