The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 13.01.2014 and 11.08.2017 of the petitioner and to pass orders thereon merits and in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner died and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
