This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned counsel for the 1st Respondent and learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 105 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 105 days, in the appeal.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
