This petition has been filed to modify the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.22426 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 600104, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and also the injury sustained by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
