ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to recall the order dated 06.08.2025 passed in W.P.(Crl.) No. 505 of 2025.

2. Upon a perusal of the said order, it can be seen that it is only an innocuous direction to dispose of the representation submitted by the counter petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would argue on facts to contend that on an earlier occasion itself, an enquiry had been conducted and it is his documents which are misused by the petitioner in the writ petition.

4. Be that as it may, the order is only to consider the representation and whichever authority is conducting the enquiry has to dispassionately consider the case of this petitioner.

5. By keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to place all the records before the selfsame enquiry authority and by directing the authority to conduct the enquiry by hearing both sides, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition Criminal stands disposed of.
