The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of two months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17227 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
