This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in representing the CMA Sr. filed against the Judgement and decree dated 10.02.2023 passed in MCOP No.1272 of 2017 on the file of the learned the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court) Coimbatore pending disposal of the above CMA.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
