2.Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents and he would oppose for the delay being condoned on the ground that the delay is 1401 days.

A NO. 6201 of 2024 3.However, considering the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the application, after hearing Mr.Madhan Babu, learned counsel for the applicant and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this application is allowed and the delay of 1401 days in representing E.P.D.No.17674 of 2020 is condoned.
