This petition has been filed to relax the condition of "reporting before the respondent Police weekly twice i.e., Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders"

imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16732 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month until further orders.
