This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 25.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8852 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
