This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16014 of 2024 order dated 09.07.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that as the petitioners were not able to mobilize funds to deposit the amount directed by this Court, he was unable to surrender before the lower Court within the time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
