PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to 1/4
regularize the service of petitioners as Data Entry Operator from the date of initial appointment in the light of W.A.No.2731 of 2018 dated 31.08.2023 confirmed in Special Leave Petition No.10057/2022 dated 11.07.2022 implemented vide G.O.Ms.No.124 Environment Climate Change and Forest (FR.3) Department dated 30.06.2023 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner as Data Entry Operator from the date of initial appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given a representation to the Additional Principal Chief 2/4
Conservator of Forest, Aringnar Anna Zoological Park, Vandaloor, Chennai - 600 048 with regard to regularization of his service. However, he had not given any representation to the respondents herein.
4. This Court is of the view that if the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents herein ventilating his grievances with a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the same, the ends of justice could be secured.
5. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the petitioner herein to submit a fresh representation to the respondents ventilating his grievances, along with a copy of his representation made to the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Aringnar Anna Zoological Park, Vandaloor. On receipt of the same, the respondents herein shall dispose of the same, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
