This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 and 3, who are legal heirs of deceased respondent as respondents 2 and 3 in the above criminal revision case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who submitted that since the respondent viz., K.Nataraj in this criminal revision died, his legal heirs/proposed respondents 2 and 3 may be impleaded as respondents 2 and 3 in this criminal revision.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner , this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondents 2 and 3 as respondents 2 and 3 in this Criminal Revision Case.
