2.Ms.S.Mekhala, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the she has no objection for allowing these applications for extending the time for passing the award by the learned Arbitrator.

3.Recording the above said submissions, the time is extended by six

(6) months for the learned Arbitrator for passing the award from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.These applications stands allowed with the above observations.
