ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 06.11.2019, under which the petitioner has been removed from service.

2. Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

3. Eventhough the impugned proceeding has been challenged, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if the appeal filed by the petitioner as against the impugned proceedings dated 06.11.2019 which is pending on the file of the first respondent is directed to be disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court

4. Heard Mr.P.Kumaravel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5

respondents.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal aggrieved by the impugned proceedings dated 06.11.2019 passed by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
