This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.2 of 2017, after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam. However, the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is not taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the Court below is directed to take on file with regard to FIR in Crime No.2 of 2017, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
