This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P..No.7176 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.546 of 2022 on 13.06.2022 to report before the Court of learned II Additional District Judge (CBI Cases), Coimbatore, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for more than eight months.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
