This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10090 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12038 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
