This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.9188 of 2023 dated 05.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4645 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
