This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 16/8/2017 passed by the first respondent in Proceedings U.S.O.No.573/TNFU/Estt./R3/2017, R.C.No.3070/TNFU/Estt/R3/2017 and consequently direct the first respondent to fix the pay of the petitioner on par with that of his junior Dr.Karal Marx, Dean, Faculty of Basic Sciences, TNFU, Nagapattinam as per their earlier order dated 10/4/2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Page No:2/4
