This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime N.7 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On perusal of the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C , at this stage, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Considering the Submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, let the Trial Court appreciate the entire evidence and find out whether there was any chance of tutoring of the child for any other dispute.
