The petitioner seeks bail in S.C.No.83 of 2023, wherein charges have been framed under Sections 366, 342, 323 of IPC and Section 5(l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. The petitioner had been remanded to judicial custody on 16.05.2023.

2. It is stated that the victim child had just written her 10th standard examination. The petitioner, had gone over to her house and closed the door and locked it from inside and thereafter, had forced sexual intercourse, three times. She had actually fainted.

3. It is also stated that the Sessions Case is now posted at the stage of framing of charges. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
