Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to implement the orders of this Court in W.P.No.17512/1995 dated 27.06.2003 and to give promotion to petitioner to the post of Head of Department in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering as directed by this Court with effect from 1995 with all other consequential benefits including arrears of wages, seniority etc.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to implement the orders of this Court in W.P.No.17512/1995 dated 27.06.2003 and to give promotion to petitioner to the post of Head of Department in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering as directed by this Court with effect from 1995 with all other consequential benefits including arrears of wages, seniority etc.

2. I heard Mr.V.Ajaya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Jotheeswarn, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is reported by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has given promotion and now he is working under the promotional post as Head of Department in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
