This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19313 of 2023 to report before the learned Principal NDPS Court, Coimbatore in C.C.No.38 of 2020 daily at 10.30a.m.

and 05.30p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal NDPS Court, Coimbatore on every Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of trial.
