ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. The case in Cr.No.106 of 2015 is registered for alleged offence(s) under Sections 294(b), 323, 304 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on Page No.1 of 3

compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the ling of written a davits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and Anr., [(2012) 10 SCC 303].

3. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.100287 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 26.08.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
