The application in Arb.Appln.No.581 of 2023 has been filed to direct the respondent herein to handover the vehicle viz Motor Car, Mercedes Benz (Model E 220D) Diesel-Bharat Stage IV, bearing Registration No.PY-05-H-1551 by mutating the registration records in favour of the 1st applicant before the RTO Oulgaret, Pondicherry.

2. The application in Arb.Appln.No.582 of 2023 has been filed to permit the applicant to deposit the entire outstanding amount as on date to the credit of the Arb.Appln.No.372 of 2023.

3. The application in Arb.Appln.No.372 of 2023 has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize the subject vehicle and handover the same to the applicant.

Upon perusal of records, it appears that this Court had appointed an Advocate Commissioner vide order dated 18.07.2023 and pursuant to the said order, the subject vehicle was also seized by the Advocate Commissioner and the same was handed over to the applicant. That apart, the outstanding dues were also deposited by the applicant.

6. In view of the above, no further order is required in these applications. Hence, this Court is inclined to close all these applications.
