Both these petitions have been filed by the defacto complainant seeking cancellation of bail granted to Baby Shalini W/o. Shankar Ganesh / relief sought in Crl.M.P.No.1268 of 2023 and to the accused Loganthan S/o. Raju, L. Latha W/o. Loganathan and K. Bharathamani W/o. Kulanthaivelu / relief sought in Crl.M.P.No.1270 of 2023. 2.It is however, pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that, final report had been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court and all the aforementioned individuals who had originally obtained anticipatory bail, are no longer shown as accused or reflected as accused in the final report. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant stated that the defacto complainant had taken steps to question the final report filed and had filed necessary application before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

smv 4.In view of the fact that the present respondents / accused, whose anticipatory bail are sought to be canceled are no longer accused as reflected in the First Information Report, the issue of cancellation of anticipatory bail would not arise.
