This petition has been filed to withdraw the petition in I.D.O.P.2905 of 2024 on the file of IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Family Court, Trichy.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as a Teacher in Monford School at Trichy and she is taking care of her father, who suffered paralyzed attack. Learned counsel further submits that Chennai is away from Trichy for more than 330 kilo meters, for each and every hearings, the petitioner finds it very difficult to attend the Court at Chennai. Therefore, the case in I.D.O.P.No.2905 of 2024 may be withdrawn from IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the Family Court, Trichy.

4.There is no representation on the side of the respondent. 5.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support this petition and I find merit in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife.

6.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. The case in I.D.O.P.No.2905 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. The learned Judge shall expedite the final hearing/disposal of the case in I.D.O.P.No.2905 of 2024. No costs. Connected, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
