ORDER

The Writ Petition are filed for writ Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2023 to make necessary corrections in the revenue records i.e. on the eastern to western side as 27 feet instead of 251⁄2 feet in Old Survey No.717/A1A, New Survey No.982/12B, Kettavarampalayam Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk & District.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that from the date of purchase of the property in question, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. The 3rd respondent claims 2 feet of the land based on UDR Patta. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent to make necessary corrections in the revenue records. As the 2nd respondent has not taken any action on the said representation, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

3. Mr.V.Veluchamy, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
