This petition has been filed seeking to transfer of investigation in Crime No.204 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, FIR was registered on 21.08.2024 and even after the lapse of 90 days, the third respondent has not even started the enquiry. Therefore the petitioner seeks to transfer of the investigation.
According to learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, it is a case of job racketing and investigation is in progress. The reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner for transfer of investigation is not satisfied. Therefore the criminal original petition 2/4
stands dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.204 of 2024 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
