ORDER

In this case, the allegations as stated by the prosecutrix are serious in nature. It is stated that the accused has gone for employment to abroad and therefore the summons could not be served till date.

2. There is a procedure which is mandated by the Ministry of External Affairs for serving summons / warrant in respect of Indian Nationals who are residing abroad. The said procedure be followed in this case and with due Page No.1 of 3

forms if the request is submitted, the Ministry concerned shall take expeditious steps to ascertain the address of the accused by using the Passport Number and execute the warrant and the case is heinous in nature and is transmitted back to the concerned Court.
