This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing S.A.SR.No.118265 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap the petitioner came to know about the impugned judgment only in third week of April, 2023, due to which, he was not able to file the appeal on time. Hence, he prays to condone the delay in filing this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one. Accordingly, this court is inclined to allow this petition. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 25.11.2024.
