Heard Mr. D.Soundar Raj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the 1/4

pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 17.03.2023 in W.P. No. 8478 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent has produced Letter No. 209787/HRS/SETC/2023 dated 30.09.2023 sent by the Respondent to the Petitioner showing that the order dated 17.03.2023 in W.P. No. 8478 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
