Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellants. 2.It is stated that the 1st appellant in CMA.No.3102 of 2017 namely, G.Jegathambal who is also the 1st respondent in CMA.No.69 of 2018 had died, but the legal representatives are already on record. 3.The Registry may indicate the death of G.Jegathambal in the cause title portion of the judgment dated 01.03.2022 and that the other appellants are legal representatives and issue a fresh judgment copy. 4.The Registry may also correct the name of the 3rd appellant in CMA.No.3102 of 2017 and name of the 3rd respondent in CMA.No.69 of 2018 in the long cause title of the judgment from G.Pavithra to G.Pavithran. 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.,J smv 5.The share of compensation of the deceased G.Jegathambal as apportioned by this Court by judgment dated 01.03.2022 shall stand modified to the effect that her share shall be shared equally by the 2nd and 3rd claimants.

6.In other respects, the judgment dated 01.03.2022 shall remain unaltered.
