O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.04.2023 made in W.P.No.12424 of 2023. 2.This Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 made in W.P.No. 12424 of 2023 issued direction to the petitioner to submit fresh representation along with necessary enclosures to the second respondent and directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the installation of High Mast Lights in the Pondicherry region claimed to have been erected by the petitioner, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order on 15.12.2023 rejecting the petitioner's representation.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
