It is stated that the Government has allowed the Revision filed under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 setting aside the lock and seal notice and de-occupation notice issued by the Corporation. Mr.Manibharathi learned counsel appearing for the Corporation would submit that the Corporation will have to re-do the processes.
