The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 20 days passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19629 of 2023 in Crl.O.P. No.25355 of 2023, dated 18.12.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
